• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Languages Required: English and Spanish
• Pay Rate: $7-$9/hr

JOB SUMMARY
A growing construction company based in the U.S. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide full-time support across various areas including executive assistance, sales, operations, and marketing. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administrative and Operational Support:
- Manage team calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Organize meeting notes, tasks, and follow-ups
- Maintain well-structured files and company records
- Oversee general office logistics such as supplies and expense tracking
- Sales Support
- Follow up with warm leads and support lead nurturing
- Assist in client onboarding processes
- Maintain and update CRM or internal customer databases
- Track sales performance and assist with reporting - General Administrative Tasks
- Handle invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with internal onboarding processes
- Maintain efficient documentation and process organization
- Contribute to daily operations with task ownership and follow-through - Executive and Personal Assistance

- Perform personal errands or tasks as needed to increase executive efficiency
