SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

Hours per week: 30 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 6 pm. EST

Time Zone:  Eastern Standard Time

Open to: Latin America

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

Rate: $5 per hour

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing Manager to join a TECH COMPANY. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to deliver results across various online platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enhancing a brand’s online presence, engaging the audience, and driving marketing initiatives forward.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking website performance.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization strategies.

• Capable of translating ideas into effective designs that achieve marketing and communication goals.
  

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy.

• Remote work ready: 

              ○  Reliable computer with a good camera and microphone.

              ○  Stable internet connection.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Website Management: Regularly update and optimize website content to align with marketing goals.
2. Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy.
3. Social Media Posting: Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
4. Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
5. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing assets for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and other marketing channels.
