Hours per week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time
Open to: Latin America
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
Rate: $1,000/month

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Social Media Assistant with basic design skills to execute our social media strategy. This role involves collaborating with designers, videographers, leadership, and the development team to create and publish content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Experience managing social media accounts for brands.
Proficiency in Canva with a solid understanding of design principles.
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Content Management:
Execute, schedule, and post social media content across various platforms.
2. Collaboration:
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and development teams to ensure leads sourced from social media are properly funneled and tracked.
3. Creative Development:
Work closely with designers and videographers to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
4. Design Tasks:
Create basic designs using Canva for posts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Engagement:
Monitor and engage with followers in both Spanish and English to increase brand visibility and interaction.
6. Content Calendar Management:
Maintain and manage social media content calendars.
7. Reporting:
Provide performance reports and suggest improvements to strategies.
