COMPANY INFORMATION

Strategic Projects Capital is a real estate investment management company. They manage syndications, development projects, value-added projects, and related assets. Their interest is in Multi-Family, SRF/BTR, Student Housing, Senior Living, and Mixed-use asset classes. This company sponsors private funds, and private syndications and conducts substantially all investment structuring and management. Their responsibilities include oversight of project conceptualization, due diligence, capital formation, fund management, acquisition, construction management, asset management and sales disposition



SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

Hours per week: 30 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Time Zone:  Eastern Standard Time

Open to: Latin America

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

Rate: $5.5-$6/hour

OVERVIEW:

We seek an experienced and creative Social Media Assistant to manage and enhance our brand’s online presence. This role involves content creation, campaign management, analytics, and community engagement to connect with audiences and achieve business goals effectively.


REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 2+ years in media management, social media management, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Proficient in social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.), content management systems (WordPress, Wix), Google Analytics, and other relevant software.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

Creativity: Strong design and creative thinking abilities.

Time Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various campaigns and tasks.

Analytical: Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on results.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and media platforms.

Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and other media strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

    • Certifications: Social media marketing, sales, or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Sales, Facebook Blueprint).

    • Experience with Paid Ads: Experience running paid ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

    Knowledge of Sales Funnels: Understanding of lead nurturing, sales cycles, and customer journey mapping.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Content Creation and Curation:

Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Curate content (images, videos, infographics) and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Write captions, blog posts, articles, and other forms of written content.

2. Social Media Management:

Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Monitor trends and popular topics to create relevant content.

Implement automated tools (e.g., LinkedIn automation tools, chatbots) to streamline lead generation processes.

3. Media Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and track media campaigns (paid and organic) across platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Work with influencers and third-party vendors to coordinate media promotions.

Publish posts on different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, Linkedin, etc) Perform social media outreach to get leads. Use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to identify, research, and engage with potential leads. 

Use advanced search features on social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Advanced Search) to target specific audiences. Engage at least 20 people on  Linkedin Sales Navigator daily.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

Provide regular reports on social media engagement, traffic growth, and ROI.

Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights and performance.

5. Community Engagement and Networking:

Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and partners.

Participate in relevant groups or forums to increase brand visibility.

Foster positive relationships with customers, responding promptly to feedback.

6. Administrative Support:

Manage media-related email communication.

Assist in content scheduling and planning.

Organize and maintain digital assets (images, videos, etc.) in an orderly and accessible manner.

7. Brand Development and Strategy:

Help in developing a comprehensive media and social media strategy.

Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all media channels.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new strategies to grow the media presence.
