JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Perform accurate reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and consistent.
2. Maintain client relationships and provide high-level communication with clients.
3. Contact clients for payment collection, follow up on invoices, and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Maintain organized financial documentation and track expenses meticulously.
5. Manage and update financial databases with high attention to detail
6. Support daily bookkeeping activities, including processing payments, generating financial reports, and managing budgets.
7. Utilize tech tools and software for efficient record-keeping and workflow automation.
8. Problem-solving to address any issues related to financial transactions and client interactions.
1. Bilingual (English/Spanish): Exceptional communication skills in both languages, with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
2. Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly in reconciling accounts and handling financial transactions.
3. Work Experience in Construction: Familiarity with high-volume invoicing and client management, ideally in construction or related fields.
4. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), Microsoft Excel (advanced functions/certification preferred), Google Suite, and communication tools like Zoom, Slack, or similar.
5.Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6.Excellent People Skills: Confident and comfortable engaging with clients, answering questions, and discussing payments or outstanding invoices.
7.Self-Starter and Hungry for Growth: You have a proactive attitude, always looking to learn and improve processes. Must demonstrate a commitment to long-term growth with us.
8. Availability: Able to work during business hours in a time zone compatible with ours, with flexibility for urgent tasks.
• Previous experience working in a real estate company or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Additional certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are a plus.
• Education in computer science is ideal but not required.
