SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST
• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time
• Hours per week: 20 hours
• Open to: The Philippines, The Carribean and LATAM
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Hourly Rate: $7

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and customer service support for a chain of medical offices. The ideal candidate will assist with answering emails and faxes, scheduling patients, creating Excel tracking sheets, and generating reports from our electronic health record for a busy, multisite medical business. Client service, responsiveness, and attention to detail are key requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Client Communication:
• Answer and manage emails and faxes in a timely and professional manner.
•Handle scheduling requests, including booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations via email, text and phone.
•Ensure client satisfaction and resolve inquiries or issues effectively.
2. Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update demographic and other relevant information in the company’s electronic health record / scheduling system with accuracy
• Organize and manage spreadsheets to track client information and office statistics
• Coordinate with front desk personnel, clinicians, and company management to resolve client issues.
3. Coordination:
• Coordinate with team members or other stakeholders to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the company management as needed.
