Job Description of  Full-Time Sales and Client Success Manager for Real Estate Company 


  Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients within the real estate market.

Client Communication: Regularly contact clients to follow up on leads, invoices, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Support: Assist in all stages of the sales cycle, supporting the sales process with timely responses and organization.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, organizing client files, and maintaining CRM databases.

Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management and Reporting: Utilize Excel to create, update, and maintain sales reports and other tracking documents.


Minimum Requirements:


1. Bilingual (English and Spanish): Fluent in both languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Sales-Driven: A natural inclination for sales with a proven track record in lead generation and nurturing client relationships.

3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other online collaboration tools.

4. Strong Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized across various tasks and responsibilities.

5. People Skills: Ability to establish rapport, be persuasive when necessary, and ensure client satisfaction.

6. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and report preparation.

7. Proactive and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve processes and client relationships.





Preferred Qualifications:


Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or sales support.

Demonstrable experience in lead generation and client management.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and other sales tools.

Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work.

Ability to work U.S. business hours.
