SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

•      Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time

•      Hours: 40 hours

•      Languages Required: Fluent in English and Spanish

•      Pay Rate: $1200/month

*Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA.*

Responsibilities:

1. Email Campaign Development:

• Plan, design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns using Go High Level CRM, ensuring they resonate with the audience and drive engagement.

2. Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.

3. Copywriting:

• Craft compelling, persuasive, and culturally relevant email copy in both Spanish and English, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

4. Segmentation & Targeting:

• Build and manage email lists, segment audiences effectively, and personalize campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor email performance metrics using Go High Level CRM, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Analyze data to refine strategies and report on campaign success.

6. A/B Testing:

• Implement A/B testing for subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action to optimize performance and conversion.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Email Marketing Strategist, with bilingual capabilities (Spanish & English).

2. Strong copywriting skills in both languages, with an ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

3. Proficiency in using Go High Level CRM for email campaign management.

4. Experience in segmentation, automation, and personalization of email campaigns.

5. Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics and reporting tools.

6. Knowledge of email best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

7. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a remote setting.

8. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
