ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a Full-Time Expert Customer Service Representative For A Rental Dumpster Business (LATAM) position. 


COMPANY INFORMATION

A US Dumpster Rental Service that offers a variety of bin sizes to assist clients with their removal needs for various projects. The business is composed of a dedicated team that is not only committed to providing an exceptional customer experience but also to minimizing environmental impact. In addition to dumpster rentals, it also offers luxury restroom rentals and provides various other items commonly found on construction sites.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday-Friday: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday 6:00am - 2:00 pm

•      Time ZonePST (Pacific Standard Time)

•      Hours: Up to 46 hours/week

•      Languages Required: English and Spanish

•      Open to LATAM

•      Pay Rate: $13 - $20 /hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties

  • 1.  Answering Phones:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and handle Dumpster, Temporary Fencing and Portable Restroomrentals.  
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and customer service standards 
  • 2. Cold Calling:
  • Research and identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce company products/services.
  • Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to generate interest.
  • 3. Outgoing Calls:
  • Initiate proactive follow-up calls with existing customers to provide updates or address concerns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Document call outcomes and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • 4. Handling Emails and Messages:
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support via email or messaging platforms.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, concise, and in line with company policies.
  • 5. Sales:
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products/services and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • 6. Customer Service:
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns or complaints.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive resolution.
  • Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the Dumpster, Temporary Fencing and Portable Restroom rentals industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Seeking a long-term relationship and accountability
