COMPANY INFORMATION

US-based digital marketing agency dedicated to providing services in Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and strategies to yield the maximum results in social media.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Flexible schedule between the hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 05:00 pm PST.

•      Time Zone: PST

•      Hours: 20 hours/week

•      Open to:  Philippines, LATAM and the Caribbean

•    Languages: English

Pay Rate: $8-$10/hr

• Proven experience as an Email Marketer, with a strong portfolio of successful email campaigns.

• Proficiency in Go High Level.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.

• Knowledge of email marketing and PPC best practices, regulations, and industry trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Email Marketing:

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Go High Level

• Develop and optimize email templates for various campaigns.

• Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.

• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics.

• Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.

2. Automation and Workflows:

• Set up and manage automated email workflows and drip campaigns using Go High Level.

• Optimize email automation sequences to improve customer journeys and conversion rates.

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.

3. Advertising Assistance:

• Support the digital marketing team in planning and executing online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more)

• Support in managing and optimizing PPC ad campaigns through LoopGenius. 

• Integrate Go High Level email campaigns with LoopGenius PPC ads to create cohesive marketing strategies.

4. Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms.

• Engage with the audience and respond to comments or messages.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.

5. Website Tweaking:

• Make minor updates and adjustments to the company website as needed.

• Collaborate with the web development team to implement changes for improved user experience.

6. Basic Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing materials.

• Design social media posts, email banners, and other promotional assets using a software like Canva.

7. Task and Project Management:

• Work with project management tools like Asana to coordinate tasks and projects.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
