SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•    Languages: English-Spanish

Pay Rate: $14-$23/hr

• REQUIREMENTS

• Proven graphic and web design experience, particularly in creating social media content and digital marketing materials.

• Full proficiency in both English and Spanish, capable of producing high-quality content in both languages.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print designs.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in modern content creation tools such as Canva.

• Excellent creativity and innovation with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Passion for real estate and a strong commitment to the company’s missions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview: Creative and detail-oriented Bilingual Graphic/Web Designer. This role requires a proactive individual adept at producing compelling web and social media content in both English and Spanish. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that resonate with the company’s diverse audience, maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print media.

Responsabilities:

1. Design and develop engaging graphics and web layouts that meet business objectives and appeal to target audiences.

2. Create dynamic social media content, including posts, reels, carousels, and more, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement.

3. Produce quick mockups for landing pages and web interfaces, as well as occasional print materials like flyers and promotional items.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing goals into creative design solutions that drive engagement and conversion.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering each within designated timelines.

6. Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies, particularly AI tools and content creation platforms like Canva, to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
