SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday to Friday; 09:00 am to 01:00 pm CST

•      Time Zone: Central Standard Time

•      Hours: 20 hours/week initially 

•      Languages Required: English

•      Pay Rate: $5-6/hour

Requirements:

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Instantly or similar tools is required. 

• Previous experience in similar roles

• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently

• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in designing responsive email templates.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Campaign Development and Platform Management 

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns to promote our services in Instantly. 

• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects. 

• Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.

• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

• Work with the sales team to develop email content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.

• Manage and optimize the use of email marketing platforms such as Instantly or similar tools.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery and platform functionality.

2. Email List Management:

• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.

• Monitor and maintain email list health by regularly cleaning and updating subscriber information.

3. Design and Content Creation:

• Use email marketing platforms to design visually appealing and responsive email templates.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create engaging email content.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. A/B Testing and Optimization:

• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, design, and send times.

• Implement changes based on test results to improve campaign performance.
