REQUIREMENTS: 

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficient in using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, for content creation and customer interaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Background in handling a diverse customer base.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 45 hours/week (Flexibility required on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hours)

•      Open to: Latin America

•      Pay Rate: $6.25/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Social Media Management: 

• Assist to create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms in both Spanish and English.

• Assist to monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback, responding timely and accurately.

• Assist to analyze social media performance using basic metrics to guide future content strategies.

2. Community Engagement:

• Assist to actively engage with our online community to foster a positive environment.

• Assist to organize and participate in community events and discussions.

• Assist to provide support and resolve issues through direct communication with community members.

3. Customer Support:

• Assist to deliver high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via social media, email, and other digital platforms.

• Assist to coordinate with other team members to ensure consistent service and accurate information dissemination.

4. AI Tool Proficiency:

• Understand how to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize customer interactions and content creation.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and other digital tools to enhance job performance.
