SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•    Languages: English-Spanish

Pay Rate: $10-$12/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*

• REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Over more than one-two years of experience in similar positions and translating materials

• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain accuracy in translations and to deliver high quality work on time.

• Proficiency in translation software and video editing tools and software.

• Be tech-savvy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a short-term position (2 to 4 weeks) requiring full-time work until project completion. You will be tasked with translating documents and course materials for Educational Real Estate and Investment Courses in collaboration with one of our clients.

• Tasks
• Translate educational materials, including course content, presentations, and documents, from English into Spanish while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure that translated content maintains the intended meaning, tone, and style of the original material.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to clarify terminology and concepts as needed.
• Review and proofread translated materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Meet project deadlines and manage translation workload effectively.
• Stay updated on industry terminology and best practices in translation.
