Real estate business based in the United States, specializing in providing personalized and professional services to meet their clients' real estate needs. Whether it's buying, selling, renting, or investing, they offer a comprehensive range of services with a focus on integrity, transparency, and client satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be proactive in learning new software and completing tasks
  • Have knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data management principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Be computer savvy
  • Prior experience in similar tasks required.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  3 - 4 days a week, 4-5 hours a day (To be defined)

•      Time Zone: CST

•      Hours: 15-20 hours/week 

•      Open to: The Caribbean, Latin America and The Philippines

•      Pay Rate: $4-5/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Basic Video Editing:

  • Cut, trim, and assemble video footage to create engaging and professional-quality content.

  • Add transitions, text overlays, and audio enhancements as needed.

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video materials.


2. Power Point Presentations:

  • Design and develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client presentations, and marketing purposes.

  • Incorporate multimedia elements, charts, and graphics to effectively convey information.

  • Ensure presentations are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.


3. Social Media Management:

  • Assist to create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.

  • Assist to monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback, responding timely and accurately.

  • Assist to analyze social media performance using basic metrics to guide future content strategies.


4. Admin Tasks:

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.

  • Coordinate meetings and manage calendars

  • Provide administrative support to team members and executives as required.

  • Establish and maintain an efficient file organization system for digital assets.

  • Do business research


5. Manage CRM

  • Input and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

  • Segment and categorize customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Generate reports and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
