A Canadian-based company in the education industry dedicated to developing and providing learning materials for educators and students worldwide, specializing in K-12 STEM, technology, robotics, and coding solutions.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with O365 applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and DEARSystems Inventory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      ScheduleMonday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

•      Time Zone: EST

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Open to: Latin America

•      Pay Rate: $6/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Sales Activities:

    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients or prospects.

    • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to prospective customers.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

    • Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute promotional materials.

    • Conduct cold calls to potential leads and prospects to introduce the company's products or services.

    • Handle objections and answer questions from cold and warm leads.

    • Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on the lead's previous interactions with the company.

    •  Keep track of follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with leads


  1. Customer Success Activities:

    • Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

    • Onboard new customers, providing guidance on product features and functionalities.

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    • Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints from existing clients in a professional and helpful manner.

    • Provide information and assistance to clients on time.

    • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.


  1. Data Entry and Management:

    • Update and maintain customer records in the company’s CRM (HubSpot)

    • Monitor sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    • Utilize CRM data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


  1. Scheduling Appointments:

    • Coordinate schedules and arrange appointments for clients with attorneys.

    • Update calendars and ensure that appointments do not overlap.

    • Send reminders to clients and attorneys to confirm upcoming appointments.

    • Manage appointment cancellations and fill vacant slots with waiting clients.
