ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for Part-Time Website, Social Media and Marketing Specialist For A Non-Profit Organization (LATAM).

A non-profit Christian organization based in the United States, with a mission to educate people and move them out of poverty through various programs. Their goal is to train individuals to be a 'spark,' igniting a movement to change our culture while adhering to Christian principles. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in web development, including HTML, CSS or JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing forms, templates, and newsletters.
• Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Experience with social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, including ad creation and audience targeting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: No fixed schedule, but must be able to work in Eastern Time.

•      Time Zone: Eastern Eastern Time

•      Hours: 15 hours initially

•      Open to: Latin America

•      Pay Rate: $10-$11 /hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Design, develop, and maintain websites with a focus on user-friendly interfaces, form integration, and template creation.

2. Create and manage newsletters, ensuring timely delivery and engaging content.

3. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.

4. Use social media platforms, particularly Facebook, to drive marketing efforts and increase brand visibility.

5. Put in place an information-gathering site on the website to collect data from visitors or customers.

6. Develop and implement strategies to recruit volunteers through the website.

7. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to align web development projects with overall business goals.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.

10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues as needed.
