ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a Full-Time Marketing Assistant For A Law Firm (The Caribbean, Latin America, The Philippines)

US-based law firm with great reputation and with over 10 years in business representing international artists in securing work visas and green cards to be able to live and work in the United States. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the Marketing field
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, MailChimp, Canva and video editing software.
  
• Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
  
• Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

•      Time Zone: Eastern US Time

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Open to the Caribbean and Latin America and The Philippines

•      Pay Rate: $4-$6/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly as needed.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

2. Email Marketing (MailChimp):

• Create and manage email campaigns using MailChimp.

• Segment email lists based on audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.

• Monitor email campaign performance, track metrics, and generate reports.

3. Drip Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement drip email campaigns targeting specific audience segments.

• Set up automated workflows and sequences for drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

4. Sales Pipelines and Follow-ups:

• Support the sales team with follow-ups via email and telephone to nurture leads, qualify prospects, and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM with relevant information.

5. Designing Marketing Materials (Canva):

• Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools, including social media graphics, email templates, flyers, and promotional materials.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.

6. Video Editing:

• Create and edit marketing videos for various purposes, such as product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and social media content.

• Add graphics, music, captions, and other elements to enhance video quality and engagement.

7. Research:

• Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences.

• Compile and analyze data from various sources to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
