A leading American full-service solar provider that offers customized solutions, installation of solar panels, and financing to homeowners. Their dedication lies in making solar energy affordable and accessible to everyone.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in sales required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity CRMs
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus.


    SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

    •      Schedule12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

    •      Time Zone: Pacific Daylight Time

    •      Hours: 25 hours/week

    •      Open to the Caribbean and Latin America

    •      Pay Rate: $6-$8/hr

    *Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects and leads to introduce the company's services.

    • Sell the company’s services

    • Generate leads through social media

    • Identify potential clients' needs and tailor the company's services to meet their requirements.

    • Set appointments with leads for further discussions and presentations, aiming to achieve weekly goals of setting appointments with qualified leads.

    • Maintain a high level of activity, including making a targeted number of calls per day and appointments.

    • Use CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

    • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline development.

    • Provide assistance to the team as required.
